I’m Arushri — meaning the first light, and a reflection of grace, growth, and grounding. Rooted in empathy and powered by purpose, I’m on a journey to become a people management expert — someone who doesn’t just lead teams but uplifts them.

Whether I’m working on HR transformation, building inclusive spaces, or learning through every human interaction. I carry my story, my culture, and my light with me.

Born into a family of advocates, athletes, and scholars.
I grew up surrounded by strong minds, strong hearts, and even stronger values.

• My grandparents were freedom fighters — fearless, principled, and full of integrity. They lived by dignity, believed in doing the right thing. That spirit runs deep in our blood.

• From my parents, I learned what hustle really means. They believed that what you work for always means more. My dad, especially, taught me the power of emotions and patience.

• But if there’s one person who shaped me in ways no one else could… It’s my uncle.  No one in this entire universe could ever love me like he did. He was my best friend, my protector, my guardian — my everything and he taught me the hardest & most beautiful lesson of all: To sacrifice for the people you love.

• And hey, let’s not forget — brother (sitting next to me) and my cousins! I genuinely have the best ones. We stick with each other. Always. I’d vouch for them any day! ;)
