The project was a live project about the launch and expansion of a new functional drink, “Blynk+ Drinks”, in European countries like the UK, Germany, France, Netherlands and the Nordics. I particularly worked on the Dutch market, “the Netherlands”. I researched extensively on the beverage industries and trends, consumer preferences and lifestyles, shopping habits, channel partners, supply chain, key cities for the launch, market entry strategy, and positioning strategy while keeping Dutch regulations in mind. I used frameworks like PESTEL and Blue Ocean Strategy to support my research and give the best possible results.
This is another live consulting project with a client company (name confidential) as part of my MSc in Management Consultancy. The project focuses on supporting the client in evaluating whether to build a proprietary Generative AI solution or adopt an existing one to enhance their strategy development capabilities and outcome measurement.
My specific role involves designing the implementation strategy and outlining key steps, potential challenges, resource requirements, and integration plans to ensure the chosen AI solution aligns with the company’s long-term vision and operational goals.
This project focused on the values and governance of Toyota, where we explored four core values: Integrity, Kaizen, Sustainability, and Innovation. We conducted in-depth research on how these values are embedded in Toyota’s operations and culture, and how they are consistently upheld across the organization. Our analysis also highlighted how Toyota effectively integrates these principles into stakeholder management and decision-making at every level.
I particularly worked on the Integrity aspect, examining how Toyota ensures transparency, ethical conduct, and trust across its internal and external relationships
As part of my Governance & Stakeholder Management module, I led the development and execution of the event “Planting Seeds of Change – Growing & Strengthening Ethical Business Through Co-creation: Stewardship and Governance.” The project involved designing a structured event with engaging activities, ensuring alignment with ethical business practices, and applying stakeholder management principles to foster collaboration and drive positive change in governance.
